General Information

Delivery

We charge a flat rate of £4.50 on all orders no matter where in the island and how many bouquets you are ordering.

We can normally deliver the same day, Monday through to Saturday, if orders are placed before 12pm.  During busy periods such as Valentines, Mother’s Day and Christmas week, it is advisable to phone us to check delivery times.

Your flowers could be delivered anytime between 10am and 5pm.  Unfortunately, it is not possible to specify an exact time.

If you think this is a possibility then please leave us instructions for what to do in the Delivery Notes section of the checkout.  We can leave the flowers in a designated place or return them to the shop for collection.

We can arrange for delivery across the UK or worldwide via the eFlorist network.  For same day deliveries to the UK please phone and order before 12.00pm.  Please give at least two days notice for any international orders.  For further details, please give us a call or drop into our Florist shop in Trinity.

Collection

You can collect your flowers from the shop after 10:30 am on the date requested or early if requested.   If you placed an order for same day collection then please call the shop for a suitable time to collect.  When collecting flowers please bring with you a print out of your order confirmation email.

A sachet of flower food and basic care instructions are provided with all floral items.

These flowers are loosely arranged within cellophane or paper.

Unwrap the bouquet with care and re cut stems removing any foliage below the water level and place them in to a vase adding the flower food provided.

Place the vase away from direct sunlight, radiators and draughts. The cooler the room, the longer the flowers will last. Change the water at least once a week and remove any faded blooms or foliage to encourage buds to open.

These flowers are aqua packed with water in the base.

We suggest that after about two days you remove the bouquet from all the packaging and re –cut the stems and place in a vase of fresh water adding the flower food provided. You do not have to untie the bouquet unless you want to arrange them yourself.

Keep the flowers in a cool, draught free area, out of direct sunlight and away from fruit.

The cooler the room the longer your flowers will last. Remove any faded blooms or foliage as soon as possible. Change the water in the vase at least once a week.

This flower are placed within foam/Oasis.

On receipt of your Arrangement top up the container/basket with water with a small jug.

Do not allow the Foam to dry out or become water logged, you may need to top up the water daily.

To prevent any water damage always place arrangements on surfaces that are non-porous or better still on a protective mat.

Plants

Do not stand plants on polished surfaces. Most plants can be mist sprayed lightly but check all guidelines that are attached to individual plants on arrival. Avoid draughts and direct heat.

Planted bowl/basket

Keep in a fairy warm room with good light, keep soil moist but not over watered. Ensure all plants receive water. Feed once every two weeks in spring/Summer. Remove any damaged/faded leaves/flowers.

If your rose heads should flop, cut the stem end at an angle, wrap the heads in paper to keep them upright and place the stem in boiling water for up to an hour. Should this not work, please contact us. Keep roses away from draughts, fruit and radiators. The cooler the room the longer they will last.

Rose Bouquet –Remove all packaging and cut the stems with a knife at an angle (do not sue a scissors) or crush the stems-this prevents the rose from taking up water) Stand the roses in a vase of deep water and add the flower food. Change water at least once a w eek.

Hand tied of Roses-We suggest removing the roses form all packaging .You do not have to untie the stems, just re cut them as above and place in a vase of fresh water and add the flower food. Change the water at least once a week.
